Q: What has changed in the New TestEquity.com?
A: The completely revamped TestEquity website features a streamlined and simplified experience with a mobile-ready design, improved functionality and enriched content areas to enhance your web experience.

Q: I have content that I need to keep. What will happen to the old website?
A: Your existing content will be migrated to the new site. The same content found on the old website will be available on the new website.

Q: Why are you replacing the website?
A: As our company grows and modernizes, we needed a more modern, cleaner, user-friendly and mobile-ready website.

Q: What if I cannot find what I’m looking for on the new site?
A: We will provide you with the option to go back to classic.testequity.com. You will find this in the header of the new site.

What does the new logo mean?
A: Our new brand is a part of everything we say and do. It brings together Techni-Tool, JensenTools, and TestEquity.

Q: When will the rebrand occur?
A: Our company's rebrand roll-out began on April 5, 2019 with the initial launch of our existing websites. It represents our ongoing commitment to become the most trusted brand for our customers and our evolution to the power of one, one team, and one vision.

Q: Will my login details (username and password) to your new websites change?
A: No. You’ll be able to access our new online platforms using your existing credentials. Your username and password will not change.

Q: Will the product and service portfolio change or remain the same?
A: In order to better serve our customers, we have moved all Electronic Production Supplies to Techni-tool.com. All of the existing products will redirect to our techni-tool site. In fact, given our alignment with Techni-Tool, we will have even more offerings to share. The services you have grown accustomed to will remain. Guaranteed quality of product, integrity and personalized service.

Q: Will my bookmarks for your web address still work?
A:  Yes. Your bookmarks will continue to work.

Q: Will there be any interruption of distribution services?
A: The satisfaction of our customers has been, and will continue to be, our top priority here at TestEquity. In keeping with our goal of a seamless transition to our new brand, there will be no resulting interruption to distribution services. We will remain vigilant in our mission to make sure you have the products you need, when you need them.

Q: How will this rebrand impact me and my account(s)?
A: There are no changes that will affect your accounts or your interactions with us. As always, we are dedicated to providing excellent customer service with a personal touch.

Q: Will my sales rep change?
A: No. You will keep your existing sales rep

 Do the current e-mail addresses still work, such as ustesales@testequity.com?
A: Yes, the current e-mail addresses will stay the same.

Q: Does the rebranding have any impact on existing agreements or contracts?
A: No. No finance/accounting changes will be made.

Q: What will happen to classic.testequity.com over time?
A: We will continue to remove functionality from the site. Ability to checkout, products, and more. This will happen over an extended period of time. The site will eventually be retired completely and no longer accessible.

Will the pricing on classic.testequity.com be the same as testequity.com?
A:  The pricing should be the same, but if there is a discrepancy, we will honor the price on the website you placed the order on.
